I have a BA in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. I earned an MA in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in Santa Monica, California. I completed my traineeship at Campion Mental Health, which is part of Ocean Park Community Center in Santa Monica, California. At Campion, I facilitated a homeless women’s group and provided individual psychotherapy for adults healing from issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and personality disorders.
I have an extensive background in the healing arts and I am certified in massage therapy, Hatha yoga, and energy healing.
